Maintenance Position

General Responsibilities

• Perform all grounds keeping responsibilities which include but are no limited to :

  • Mowing

  • Sweeping

  • Snow Removal

  • Brush Hogging

• Keeping grounds neat and free of debris

• Operate and perform routine maintenance for: skid loader, brush hog, lawn mowers, tractors, trimmers, and snow plows

• Be on call” (wear pager and/or cell phone)

• Use safe work habits and personal protective equipment as required

• Organize excess materials as needed

• Maintain good driving record

• Perform property maintenance as needed

• Must have basic tools

• Ability to lift 100lbs.

• Ability to work weekends as needed

• Collect trash weekly

• Effective and polite communication

• Knowledge of residential construction, practices and procedures

• Effective and politely community with co-workers, tenants, and customers

• Understand verbal and written instructions

• Complete and fulfill paperwork required for work orders and service requests

• Justify purchases for properties and projects

• Absolutely no side work using company vehicles, phones, time, or materials.
